Gold Elite Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect when you visit our website, contact us, or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you may have about it.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Account information, such as your email address, your account approval status and a secure sign-in handled by Google Firebase. We never see or store your password. The date of birth you enter when creating an account is used only to confirm you are 21 or older and is not stored.
  • Contact and order information, such as your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), delivery address, institution (optional) and order details.
  • Payment-related information, such as payment status and transaction details. Payments are made directly through the payment service you choose (Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay). We do not receive or store your card or bank account numbers; we only see the details that service shows us, such as the sender name, amount and payment confirmation.
  • Information you provide when you contact us, ask a question, or request support.
  • Basic website information, such as browser or device details and pages visited. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which provides security protection and privacy-friendly visitor statistics (page views, without advertising tracking).

Please do not send us sensitive personal or medical information through the website or email.

2. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Process and communicate about orders.
  • Review and approve new accounts, and keep member access secure.
  • Respond to questions and provide customer support.
  • Send occasional updates or newsletters to members (you can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe”).
  • Maintain and improve our website and services.
  • Keep business and transaction records.
  • Detect or help prevent fraud, misuse, or security issues.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website, process payments, communicate with customers, or deliver orders. These providers may use information only as needed to provide their services to us or as otherwise permitted by law. They currently include:

  • Google Firebase: member accounts, sign-in and account approvals.
  • FormSubmit: delivers order requests and new-account notices to our email.
  • Google Workspace: our business email.
  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security and visitor statistics.
  • Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay: the payment service you choose.
  • Shipping carriers: your name and address, to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, or business.

4. Cookies and Website Tools

Our website uses your browser’s storage to support basic site functions, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your age confirmation and saving your cart. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookies and site data through your browser settings. Some website features, such as sign-in and the cart, may not work as intended if cookies or site data are disabled.

5. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including order processing, customer support, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and email-verified, owner-approved accounts. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may contact us to ask about or request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, including deleting your account. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

To submit a privacy request, email goldelite@goldelitelabs.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before responding.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our website and products are not intended for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and address the matter.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. Please review their privacy policies separately.
